Nestled right in the heart of Horley, you’ll find Ye Olde Six Bells sitting alongside the River Mole. The history of the pub is shrouded in mystery and legends. Rumour has it, there’s a secret passage that still exists leading to Bartholomew’s Church. All we can confirm is that you’ll always feel right at home from the moment you enter.
Our menus are full of hearty favourites and country pub classics, as well as our seasonal dishes, and we’ll be ready with a well-stocked bar, including cask ales, fine wines and British gin to suit very taste - which will taste all the better when enjoyed either in our beautiful gardens or by our crackling log fires.
Absolutely wonderful Christmas Day meal, as always exceptional service by all, a real gem of a pub, we couldn’t be happier to have spent our day here. Thank you Wayne and team as always you never fail to deliver first class service.
We had an early morning flight out of Gatwick and happened upon this place randomly. We are so glad we did. The food was probably the best meal I ate in the UK in my entire trip. We had the trio on a Sunday. Gok was a great host, helpful, and insightful! Felt right at home. Go here, you will not regret it. (We spent quite a lot because we ordered a lot. It can be budget friendly too!)
Really nice pub, with lovely food and great service. The Sunday trio I had was lovely and the vegetables were cooked to perfection! And I spoilt myself with a pink gin and tonic too! Henry was our server and he was very attentive, friendly, helpful personable and swift with the service - I would definately come here again!
Visited this lovely pub near Gatwick when staying overnight at Holiday Inn prior to early morning flight. It's around a 10 min walk then through a churchyard which adds to its ye olde character. Nice atmosphere and surroundings, excellent staff and service. Food was delicious. Really enjoyable. Recommended.
Amazing Birthday dinner for my Mother in Law this evening. I had the most gorgeous steak and merlot pie and everyone else really enjoyed what they had too. Really impressed and can't believe we haven't been to you before when we live just down the road! We hope to be back next weekend when we have family visiting. See you again soon! :)

The Foresters is an old-style pub with a modern feel. We have five indoor and one outdoor screens, showing both BT & SKY Sports, with food served seven days a week, in a friendly atmosphere.
