DON’T GO HERE! Avoid like the plague. We fled the hotel after one night and booked somewhere else. Noisy party going downstairs which in your room is like being there, while you are trying to sleep. Everything smelled downstairs and felt unsanitary. Owner was not bothered to do anything about it while trying to get us to pay for the second half of our planned stay upfront. I could go on. DON’T GO HERE!

i believe the owners have changed, and they were not offering evening meals when i stayed 3rd&4th December 2018. I was in room 1 and it is extremely noisy with the main bar located directly underneath, it didn't quieten down until past 11.30pm. the room decoration is extremely dated and could do with a freshen up. the hot water and shower wasn't even luke warm, though they got it fixed for the next morning. the heating went off at 7.30pm but after two conversations they did provide a heater and the heating was fixed the next day too.

Just returned for the third year running from a short break away. The Victoria Hotel, is clean, tidy, welcoming and staff are very helpful and friendly. Stunning views from room 4, boats from the harbour and the sea. Relaxing short break away, hopefully will return next year, thank you, James, Lisa and Gracie.
