Clare and Matthew Andrews would like to welcome you to the Union Inn, a traditional village pub and restaurant.
We pride ourselves in serving some great home cooked food and a wide range of beverages (including many that are locally produced).
The Union Inn is said to be situated on the cross road of North Devon and it is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Its roads sidelocation benefits from passing trade from Barnstaple and Bideford in the north, Torrington to the east and Holsworthy to the west.
We are close to several of the local north Devon attractions such as The Milky Way Adventure Park, The BIG Sheep and Quince Honey Farm.

Amazing food from a small village pub. Clearly popular as most tables were taken. I’d advise booking. The mixed grill which was on the special board was cooked to perfection.
Excellent service, excellent food. 9 of us all went for a meal all dishes were top quality and generous portions. All served to the table at the same time. The gentleman behind the bar was excellent a credit to your team with a great sense of humour and very welcoming, also credit to the kitchen for the top rated food. Would highly recommend.
Lovely little local pub, great food, friendly service and good atmosphere.
We pre booked while staying in the area and the guest book where we were staying, highly recommended it. I am so glad we went ,we were a party of 6 including our 2 year old grandson We had a sharing platter to start which was lovely and we all enjoyed our mains ,including the pie, steak and burgers. It was all delicious, my only regret is being too full to eat a pudding! Next time!!
Great food, friendly staff. Unfortunately the rugby club came in and were rather loud but the landlord can't help that.

The Devil's Stone Inn is a 17th Century former farmhouse which was converted into a coaching inn some four hundred years ago. Sitting on the edge of the village square, the pub is a beamed, flagstone-floored building with several open fireplaces.
