The Tipperary is a Grade II listed public house at 66 Fleet Street, Holborn, London. It was built in about 1667, but has been altered since.
A CAMRA heritage pub. Corridor pub designed for upright drinking. Carved bar back, tiled floor, wood panelled wall. Two magnificent advertising glass panels. There is an upper dining room. Now independent since late 2000s, ex-Greene King. Weekend opening hours maybe later.
Nice, quaint Irish pub. Really cool mosaic tiled floor. Long and narrow bar that you sit at. There large Guinness mirrors are really gorgeous. Friendly service!
Excellent food!!!! The Bangers and Mash is very good here. Has the London tavern atmosphere we were looking for. Our waiter was pleasant and had a great sense of humour.
Good old Irish Pub, small but cosy. Great Guinness (8/10). The dining room upstairs has a relaxing vibe – great place for a chat with a friend over a pint and pie. Decent pub grub, but nothing special, everything on the menu is a couple of ££ more expensive, than shown on their website. Not suitable for people with accessibility needs as it’s very narrow and the toilets are upstairs.
What a great little pub, its small and narrow, and a bit busy, it had a wonderful Irish, cosy, what's going to happen next feeling about it..good selection of well kept beer...more room up stairs...its a sticky sort of place, you go in for one and before you know it you have another, the staff were lovely and we had a great laugh..well worth a visit.
Great Irish bar with lovely menu and staff. A genuinely wonderful staff up and downstairs. The first Irish pub in London. A Great.
