About us

The Swan Revived is a family-run, independent hotel in the heart of Newport Pagnell, just a few miles from the M1 J14 and Milton Keynes. Situated in an elegant 15th Century coaching inn, we have 39 comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and the latest amenities. The our restaurant, No. 33, serves a mixture of modern and traditional dishes, with an emphasis on fresh, local produce. Our lounge and bar are a great place to relax and enjoy a snack, whilst the Frog & Nightgown - the hotel’s own pub - provides a warm atmosphere and an excellent range of hot and cold food.

The Swan Revived offers a stylish venue for your perfect wedding reception and civil partnership celebrations for up to 80 guests. With two conference rooms, both well equipped and with natural daylight, we can also host business meetings for up to seventy-five delegates.

So if you are looking for a comfortable hotel with quality food and service, please call our lovely receptionists on 01908 610565.

Our car park is accessed from St John Street Library car park - pass the hotel on your left, then turn left at the Cannon roundabout, the car park is up the slope on the left, after the Giant bike shop.

One of the routes from M1 Junction 14 into Newport Pagnell - the A509 - will be shut from September 2023 until September 2024 while development works are carried out ahead of new homes being built. For us, this means that everyone coming from J14 will need to take the A509 towards Milton Keynes, then continue on H5 Portway on to V11 Tongwell Street which will bring you to Tongwell Roundabout where Newport Pagnell will be signposted. As of February 2024, the Willen Road, which takes you to Marsh End Roundabout and the A422, will have delays due to roadworks. At peak times, when heading in or out of Newport Pagnell, it will be best to allow an extra 15/20 minutes for your journey.

Look forward to seeing you….

We had many family members staying at this lovely hotel and we absolutely loved it. The staff members are so friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. The lady at reception was very professional and the night staff (Gabriel and others) were all very accommodating. We will be staying here again.

The Swan is great ! The staff are brilliant and the fact I keep going back speaks for its self. A couple of things would make me a five, bar food, evening meals before 1800 and breakfast before 0700. Both of these would be great, but breakfast earlier would be my greatest request

We always stay here, worth paying a little extra for the bigger room. Breakfast is good, but wish they did fried eggs...on a plus, normal sausages.. Nice friendly staff..

Part of a large party of 49. 3 courses took over 2 hours to be served, Every course was not hot enough, but the flavours were OK. It was much too expensive for the delivered quality. Hotel itself is characterful and verbally located.
