I have stayed here 3 times now and love the peaceful location. The bedrooms are overlooking farmland, the pub is cosy, good beer, food is fabulous, great service and would fully recommend. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. But the food WOW!!!! But the owners need to put a sign at the bottom of the road.
Lovley place, nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Rooms nice size and clean. Great breakfast and a nice restaurant for dinner. Accommodation great. Nice area to explore. Walks from accommodation. Would definitely stay again.
Brilliant pub in a beautiful village, really welcoming and friendly staff. Fantastic beer and food. Lovely clean rooms that are separated from the pub.
A very cosy place with good beer, good service and pleasant surroundings. We had a drink with friends and family, there were a number of areas with comfortable seats (Chesterfields among them I believe) and good music. Very friendly staff who take the initiative and try to make your visit an enjoyable one. 22/09/2023 Returned but this time for dinner, which was very good and at a good price too. The other customers and our host were very sociable leading to some interesting discussions.
Such a wonderful location, fantastic atmosphere, delicious food and terrific service. Such a friendly place, and an imaginative menu. The best restaurant we have been to in a while. Very nice indeed.
