I gave 5 because the food is good and I would recommend the dining experience. The wet experiences I endure time after have become intolerable. I can be visibly seen by staff waiting to be served. I wait patiently as another customer, menu in had approaches the bar. Only then will certain bar staff ask who is next whilst automatically serving the customer with menu in hand. I decided yesterday that I will not be going to the Saracens Head again. I wonder if it is stealth policy to prioritise customers requiring your dining experience over that that simply want a pint.
Went to visit family and went here for an early evening meal. The food was good, fast from the kitchen, and well cooked. The atmosphere was good, plenty of tv's for the enthuisastic footy fan too. Would certsinly go back, alcohol price well also.
Great food, even when busy it still comes out hot and fresh tasting. Staff are always willing to help and are kind and polite
Terribly disappointed with the service and the taste of the food. The chicken burger was very hard . I was very thrilled go to the pub for the first dinner in England but I regret my decision and may never look back to visit there. Spent 34 pounds and no worth for the money paid. May be a good place if you go for drinks to the place
Eaten here yesterday and went back today as it was so good; best Steak and Ale Pie I've ever had! Service was great, staff and locals were very welcoming. Nice atmosphere and a big fire. Dog friendly. Decent menu, reasonable prices, highly recommend!
