Best Sunday lunch in Cumbria, great value for money and the quality of food cannot be beaten. Great landlord and his wife. Well worth a visit.

Fabulous pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord bitter. A great traditional Sunday lunch. Don't buy large unless you have a good appetite. A lovely country pub.
Fantastic Sunday roast. Best yorkshire pudding I've had for a long time! Beef and veg were cooked to perfection. We'll definitely be back soon.
Visited for Sunday lunch and I had a fantastic "home cooked" style Sunday roast. Food was delayed by 5 minutes so they could make us fresh Yorkshires! Very happy! I had the mustard glazed ham, it was fantastic!
