Jon and Teresa have been at the Riverside Inn for the past 16 years, they pride themselves on the fact that every customer is made to feel welcome and at home. Together with the friendly bar staff, enthusiastic chefs and other integral members of the team, their passion is to provide an experience you will never forget.
Great place to go to. Easy to access, Christmas menu was good but could do with veggie alternative "meat" options. Otherwise really lovely place to go to.
We went for Sunday Roast. One is vegetarian. Was delicious. Staff was very friendly.
Great atmosphere but food is just not that good. Where are these 5 star reviews coming from? Place is nice, staff is nice. Presentation of food is nice (for bangers and mash, tower burger is bad), but burger patty is dry, bread is bad, its like supermarket £2 bread qualify.
Amazing pub, very welcoming from the moment we stepped in. Food is excellent, 4 of us had a roast (cauliflower cheese is out of this world!) and puddings, everything was perfect. We will definitely be going back
The food and visit to The Riverside near the Designer outlet centre at ASHFORD Kent is a truly memorable experience! Service friendliness and cleanliness are all excellent. And the food – well what can I say! The steak stilton and ale pie (see picture) is the finest pie I have enjoyed for a very very long time in a pub! The gravy and the quantity of it is superb. The highlights are the amazing lasagna bologna and the lamb shank. A home cooked gammon is also one of the best I’ve had for a very very long time! The starters and the wonderful choice of home-made desserts are fabulous and the wonderful thing is that when you get the bill it is such incredible good value. Thank you for a wonderful lunch or dinner every time we visit !!
