Originally Daresbury's courthouse the early 19th century building still has a session room where court proceedings once took place and at the front of the pub there is a listed old stone horse stop and trough decorated beautifully with flowers and hanging baskets. As well as a plethora of original features at the Ring O'Bells pub you can also enjoy a traditional pub menu serving the best of British seasonal dishes lovingly prepared by our talented chefs. We are also proud to have been accredited for our quality real ales with the Casque Mark Award and voted 'CAMRA Halton Real Ale Pub of the Year 2007'.
We went here for Christmas day and never haveing been out for Christmas Dinner before we didn't know what to expect. Safe to say that after today we have decided we will be going out every year from now on and have already booked our table for next year. The atmosphere was lovely, friendly and relaxed and the food absolutely gorgeous. The team were wonderful, nothing was to much for them and can not thank them all enough for such a enjoyable meal today.

In an old picturesque house, in the Daresbury village and also very close to the highway. Friendly and welcoming staffs. Spectacular ambience with authentic charm. Great food specially the traditional fish n chips dish. Totally recommended if you’re in the area.
