The Red Lion has been at the heart of Horndean for years now and, whatever the occasion, our friendly team are ready to welcome you whenever you fancy dining out in Hampshire. Partially set in The Red Lion’s original coaching inn building, our Portsmouth restaurant serves up great-value pub grub for visitors and locals alike all year round! We’re passionate about serving up amazing meals and memories, and about supporting our Horndean community too, which is why we help out with many local events and parades.
Our location
We’re in an ideal spot when you’re looking for great places to eat in Portsmouth. You’ll find us on the outskirts of this famous naval city, a 10-minute drive away from Queen Elizabeth Country Park and just a 20-minute drive from all the best Portsmouth attractions like HMS Victory and the Mary Rose Museum.
