We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at The Rambler Inn. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation to staff management and quality control.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and create innovative and high-quality menu offerings

- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation

- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

- Ensure the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations

- Maintain inventory and control food costs

- Collaborate with management to meet financial goals and customer satisfaction

- Stay current on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Creative and innovative culinary skills

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume operations
