Visiting family who call this their local Got chatting with a group regulars who can only be described as an eclatic bunch lol the quality of the drinks and pace of service was good A typical community pub struggling to keep it's head above water
Awful place. Run down, full of unwelcome regulars. Place is dirty and regular hosts the worst in local music. Essentially the same ‘punk’ covers band playing the exact same songs every week. Really amateur and just awful to the ears. Avoid, avoid avoid.
Lovly local pub old fashion decor but it's has a pool table and Is dog frendly
Felt completely unwelcome there. Someone was smoking a cigarette inside and the barman didn't care. First in queue having waited for some time to be served yet was ignored and served second because the barman knew the people who came in after us. They don't accept card payments so we waited for nothing, could have had a sign. Really dark, dingy and looks unclean. The only welcome we got was from two lovely dogs. Don't recommend the place.
The owner hates people with disabilities and mental health issues don't let you use the toilet unless u buy a pint I felt really uncomfortable around him he is a bully towards the vulnerable
