Misnamed. Incredibly busy in the week before Xmas. 60 men and 2 women, with the men loud and a bit the worse for ale. Boys night out only really. No comment on food, don't even know if they do it.
Very busy on entrainment nights live music. Very popular very nice
The best pint of Guinness I've ever had and the over all feel of the pub is warm and friendly.
Nice atmosphere and lovely while the weather is nice. They have a seating area in parliament square since covid. Only downside is it’s a bit pricey.

The Salisbury Arms Hotel’s history dates back into the 18th Century when the building was known as The Bell. It became part of the McMullen family in 1891 and is very much at the heart of the Hertford drinking, dining and sleeping “scene”.
