Lovely hotel in such a beautiful location, just opposite the Direlton Castle grounds. We sat outside and enjoyed freshly made sandwiches, absolutely packed full of delicious fillings, served with a side salad and tortilla chips. Very attentive staff and food was served quickly. Would recommend.
Recently spent two nights DBB at the Open Arms, what an enjoyable experience. Excellent location opposite ruined castle in a pretty village one mile to stunning beach. Staff who are so friendly and helpful. Superb menu and superb food. A gem of a hotel.
Stopped for lunch on our way through to the beach, food was delicious. Staff Lovely and friendly 😊. Unable to comment on rooms as we didn't stay over. Decor lovely inside.
8 of us enjoyed dinner in private room during school/University reunion. Food delicious and service impeccable. Not easy with 8 individual bills to work out! My first visit since 1965/6. Very happy memories and now new memories to add.
