I ordered cod and chips and surprised to have 2 almost sausage shaped pieces of fish on a plate of chips. When questioned was told the fish had been delivered today and that it is just fish cut in half…. V disappointed with the whole plate of food. Nice service though, and good location.
A great location right on the water, with a lovely “boat atmosphere” inside. I had the halloumi and mushroom vegetarian burger and it was unique and not your average veggie burger. Servers were kind, helpful and attentive. A peaceful spot.
Lovely view over the sea. A limited but tasty menu. The chicken salad with new potatoes was good and the sticky toffee pudding excellent.
We booked the night before and had Sunday lunch. The best Sunday lunch we have had in a long while, not to be missed. The chef at the Carvery station was a delight! Huge selection of carvery items and all delicious. The whole family enjoyed it and the staff were so welcoming and kind. Highly reccomend this place.
The location is fantastic to enjoy the sea view and have a pint or some food. They have a lovely outside sitting space and inside as well. The staff are friendly. We ordered battered fish and chips and one wide a side of salad instead of chips. Lovely fresh food.
