Here at The Oak we are known for our relaxed, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. We have a comfy seating if you want to relax with family and friends and a dining area where you can try our new scrumptious menu. All of our food is freshly cooked with a menu ranging from our very own Salt & Pepper Squid to Slow Roast Belly of Pork.
We also have a varied Sunday menu including a choice of traditional Roast Dinner. For the nicer weather you can also try our beautiful decked beer garden. So if you fancy a light lunch, an evening meal or just a relaxing drink, we look forward to seeing you soon at The Oak.

Good pub with a well stocked bar. Great menu with the odd twist such as marmite fries. A slightly undercooked burger tonight was swiftly rectified and a glass of red as an apology. Very friendly front of house team. Have been several times before and will continue to visit
We stopped here for an impromptu lunch - what an experience! The food is absolutely delicious! The buffalo sauce on the wings - perfection! And I got the recipe. The kids burger meal plus ice cream and the oak burger was sumptuous! I got a NHS discount was a cheeky little ice cream for my son. All in all, highly recommended!
Another excellent Roast Dinner & very very nice Cauliflower cheese tried for the first. The very friendly service and Chiara is a very professional & efficient manager, very well done. See you soon.
We were here for the first time, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful, the waiters are cheerful and friendly. a nice bonus, food for children is free what else do you need for a wonderful evening, we will definitely come back again
Lovely decor and garden. Dog and baby friendly. Great service and good selection of vegan options including 2 starters and 2 desserts! The sweetcorn ribs and cauliflower were lovely. The vegan burger could have had crunchier hash browns and the mushroom flatbread was a little steep on price for what it was. But all in all a lovely dinner.
