The current building dates from 1910. Its front is decorated with a unique series of murals by Garters of Poole, depicting Lord Nelson and HMS Victory.

Lovely local pub. Live music sometimes. They do food too.
Great local atmosphere, yummy food, friendly staff, decent sports coverage, pool table, beer garden (with TV screen and covered area), as well as karaoke on the last Friday of the month with Mary!
Stopped in to wait for a few minutes, quick service and a nice drink. Toilets were functional and looks like plenty goes on there to keep visitors busy.
Best pub in the SW! Top staff, always amazing service and decent prices 👌🏻 Food is top quality too. Definitely come past for a few or some good food!
Dart board, pool table and most importantly Friendly owner (even willing to give you a game of pool!) New heated outside area perfect for summer, and also cheap drinks and deals
