Beef is a labour of love here at Miller & Carter. We put everything into pursuing the perfect steak, from the field to the butcher’s block to the grill, so only the finest, most flavoursome cuts make your plate. All our beef is carefully and ethically sourced from trusted farmers and our chefs are trained at our very own ‘Steak School’ so they’re the experts in how to prepare and cook each cut to your exact personal preferences.
Well where to start……… Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Rachel on host was fantastic, friendly, informative and welcoming. You can definitely tell she cares about her work. Rhiannon our waitress was attentive and friendly. The young gentlemen running the food were polite and spot on with their service. The chefs… outstanding and a round of applause to them. We had the butchers block and could not fault a single spec of food. The bone marrow was to die for. Best meal we have had in a very long time. And the extra touch you gave as it was my birthday, thank you. We will most definitely be returning.
Visited first time. Lovely experience. Friendly and smiley staff, quick service. Meals were delicious! Thanks for a kitchen staff! The place is clean and tidy.
We visited for my birthday, having never been here before. There was a great selection on the menu. We both chose steaks which were cooked perfectly by Chef Olga. The waiting staff were very attentive. Our waitress Soph was quick to take our drinks order and then our food. Food arrived swiftly and was delicious. When we arrived, we were asked if it was a special occasion and I got a happy birthday fruit plate
Lovely staff and food! Always polite and friendly Sophie the server was very polite and helpful and quick at making sure we got all we needed hats off also to the chef Olga! shlok the guy running the food was so professional and polite and the bar staff Jamie lucy and Joe made lovely cocktails! The manager luca should be very proud of the place and people who work there
Served by Charlie and Denise (in training) and they were a credit to the team all night. Friendly and attentive at all times. First visit so they have made a lasting first impression! Food was also top notch.
