I met on Thursday evening at 7pm we were early advised to wait in bar for 5mins and we had to chase after 15min it was visible that there was a lack of staff. Once seated the staff was quick to take our order bring our drinks. Our order didn't arrive for another 1hr and that was with us asking. The whole place smelt of an over powering air freshener. Its a shame as I feel with the correct staff etc it would be a truly lovely place to go to .

Typical run of the mill chain restaurant. Nothing much is wrong, it's just not great - feels like there going through the motions rather than trying to deliver a memorable meal. Unfortunately this is very much the case for most restaurants in the UK post covid.

Very friendly staff and a clean place to eat. Food was nice but the ribs came a bit dry without extra sauces. Refillable drinks is a bonus. I would return to try other stuff.

We had a wonderful breakfast here the children were in their element with the amount of choice they had they had something for all of us especially my child with specific dietary restrictions. Cleo was so helpful and welcoming she also engaged with the children which was lovely. Keni the food was amazing need less to say we can’t wait to come back.

Sadly the restaurant was too busy to seat us but thank you to the extremely friendly and apologetic manager who couldn't have been kinder. I went into the pub the night before for a quick glass of wine but after waiting a long while to be served, I decided to leave and go somewhere else. I don't think it's so much the fault of the hardworking staff, it's just a place overrun with rather rough sorts with bigger lips than brains and more makeup than manners...I said what I said! 🤣
