We're on the lookout for a general manager to help the owner with the day to day running of the bar and administrative tasks such as ordering, rotas, menu design (with GP% in mind), social media and ongoing improvement of our offerings. The ideal candidate would be a friendly face who can build a strong team environment and prioritises hospitality/guest experience.
Experience in the role is essential, with a minimum of 2 years experience as a general manager/bar manager/assistant manager.
Pay rate is salaried and depending on experience, although this would begin at £30,000 p/a with scope for a bonus scheme to be introduced based on KPIs and gross sales.
