Booked a table for Sunday carvery lunch. Every aspect of the pub was shabby and in need of renovation. But, the food was delicious, great choice of meat and vegetables and very good value.
Simple local pub bar, separate restaurant and accommodation. On edge of lovely village.
My daughter and I went for dinner last evening and found the place very welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing definitely recommend the beef stroganoff. The staff were very attentive and and caring nothing was too much considering there was just the 2 of them and they were fully booked. We have rebooted again. Alison Jacobs
Great food large portions be aware 😁 Great service very reasonable prices, couldn't manage to eat all my wonderful fish pie so requested a doggy bag, which was no problem, would definitely return if in the area.
Fantastic, varied menu served by just one lady who although the pub was busy, served us, a party of 8 with individual attention and a beautiful smile. We did not have long to wait for the food which was delicious and many asked and were provided with a doggy bag. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again ❤️
