Situated on a hill just north of Bridport commanding views of the Dorset countryside The modern style public bar is comfortable and welcoming whilst there is a wood-burner in the lounge.

Super friendly owner and staff. He made us feel welcome and included. We stayed 2 nights while visiting family and will be returning next year. Large soppy dog I wanted to take home too !
Nice staff and looks like it's been painted outside but that's the best thing I can come up with. Bit smelly and run down inside.
Much depends on what you're looking for. Pub is open and bright, has a local clientele and the Landlord is very knowledgeable about whisky. No food. Well kept beers aren't always available.
Came to Bridport on holiday and popped in here for a drink. Great ale, decent whiskey selection and has a pool table in the back. The staff are top notch, strongly recommend coming here for a drink.
