The Kensington Tavern is a small community based local pub surrounded by Victorian housing. It is situated on Drewry Lane and its customers are all local and from the student community. The original two rooms are now connected making the pub L-shaped. The bar boasts a real fire with a peculiar mantle piece. Note the electronic organ just inside the entrance.
New owners again. Looks like they guna try to make a go of it. Good luck.
The couple that run it are rude and like to throw their weight around. Not a nice atmosphere, very unwelcoming.
Very nice place friendly owner clean, a wood fire ๐ฅ when it's cold outside plenty of seat's to relax with the family.
Gorgeous little pub with an open fire going! It's what I'd call a real pub. Lovely bar lady who owns the place and serves the Beer ๐บ
