The Hollybush is one of Redbourn's hidden gems, often missed by casual visitors to Redbourn but much appreciated by those who know how to find it.
The Hollybush caters for locals and occasional visitors alike, with space for 20 cars to the rear of the building and you will always be assured of a warm welcome. Why not join us for one of our ACCLAIMED SUNDAY LUNCHES. Best to book in advance to ensure we can cater for your needs. Throughout the Summer we will also be offering an exciting Summer Sunday BBQ menu, and the secure, Under 10's area of the garden will feature the Bouncy Castle until they go back to school in September.
As the only live music venue in the area, and offering a minimum of one live session every week of the year, there is always something going on - why not pop in and find out for yourself? Our lunchtime jazz sessions are very popular - every Wednesday and at least one Friday of every month.
Lovely food and atmosphere, we booked for a Christmas eve family get together before the big day. There was a vegetarian option for a roast and the pudding was fantastic traditional winter Berry and custard, others in the group had the the biggest chocolate brownie and was quoted as the best ever. I had a couple of seasonal pints of oh be joyful. Great friendly staff all very helpful and very good value. Recommended traditional pub.
Spot on! - we went for a Sunday Roast and the food was really good, (I had Chicken with all the trimmings), the staff were great and there was a lovely Christmasy atmosphere. The Grandchildren really enjoyed their lunch and our afternoon together. A really lovely Village Pub that delivers. We'll done to all the team!. Paul H.
Wonderful Sunday roast at the Hollybush. Great value, large portions and good quality. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is lovely. Highly recommended.
Our favourite pub. Cosy and warm with a real fire, delicious homemade food, great beer and friendly service. Good music too!
Really enjoy going to this pub, lovely little old place and friendly members of staff. Kids enjoy the garden, the bouncy castle they put up on selected days is great too. They could spend a bit of money on the apparatus in the garden as it is very old now. But the location is excellent, tucked away on a side street in the beautiful village of Redbourn. Always a joy to come here. Keep up the great work
