There was a time when all locals were like this - great beer, good banter and an active landlord who holds it all together. So glad I took a break on the train - a rolling choice of cask ales all cellar conditioned 👌🏼
Stopped for one on the way to a concert. Stayed for another. Friendly neighbourhood pub and staff, cosy atmosphere.
The landlord was a lovely man and easy to talk to, the beer was brilliant enjoyed trying every pint on offer, ill definitely be returning soon.
Staff are so pleasant and friendly, felt like I could go up to them and ask them anything, the services was amazing, food was really nice and tasty nothing wrong with all our meals
