This is a cosy pub with a welcoming coal fire in the winter. It has an old world feel, comfortable to sit in and chat. There is plenty of off road parking and a well appointed bowling green at the rear. There is currently only one cask ale hand pump which has a variety of real ales.
Nice pub always busy. Staff are friendly. Locals are welcoming.
Very clean and very well ran local pub, great value pints during the week. Excellent overall.
Says dog friendly, but when we asked, they said at the front only. Not in the back in the beer garden.
First time we've been there Nice friendly welcome with a nice cozy real fire this is a traditional pub with all the olde worldy feeling this is what I call a proper pub beer prices were cheap as well will deffo be going back 😀
Great owner, great staff, cheap prices. Massive beer garden to rear and a bowling green to the side. Across the road from a petrol station. Mobile food van outside during the evening's.
