Cosy and full of character with great food.
I love this place! It is a brilliant traditional pub, it doesn't have lots of frills, but it is great at what it does. It has a great land lady and just has a really nice feel.
Nice pub, great countryside. Well worth a visit after a walk up the hill 😁
Popped in during our walk, not been for a number of years and was so glad it was still open. In a beautiful place , lovely bar staff on our visit would have loved to stay longer but unfortunately I would still have to drive home. Not going to leave it so long for my next visit.
Nice little village pub. Friendly staff. Ideal place to pop in and quench your thirst after a day walking or cycling. They also do little snacks like ice cream, crisps and cakes. Would recommend 👍
My very first home, my brother was born in the Fox 1962.. we have been back a few times to reminisce..whilst there we had a lovely meal, dog friendly..staff pleasant.. great surroundings. Visited again today3rd June ,on a sad note...Mel and family kind and caring ... excellent food , service excellent considering there was 15 of us.... Will be back..xx
