Dine alfresco in our spacious beer garden with its fabulous decking area, or eat indoors underneath beautiful wood beams. We do a range of cask ales, local ciders, and wines, which complement the wide variety of traditional and modern dishes on the daily menu. Roast chicken, juicy burgers, and tender grills are supported by zingy salads and exciting global flavours.
We came in following the 30% off mains promotion and to look at the new menu. My partner and I both had the Mega Mixed Grill and was thoroughly happy with our meals. The staff were all incredibly friendly and happy to adapt small changes to the menu to accomodate our needs. The food came quickly and we got served immediately when arriving, ordering and clearing our bill. The restaurant is charming, the staff friendly and the food has been great on both occasions. We will happily come back again in future
Really impressed. Lovely pub and charming helpful staff who welcomed us warmly immediately we arrived. Ate lunch which was excellent value and delicious. Already booked to go back pre holiday flying from airport.
Driven past this place many times but never called in until now. Overnight stay before heading for Bristol airport. Good food. Good beer. Excellent friendly service. Spacious and spotlessly clean room. We will stay again. I recommend it 👍
We had a very warm welcome. The food was a very high standard and good value. The staff where very pleasant and attentive without being overbearing. All in all a really enjoyable experience. We will be back.
Called in at Fox and Goose for lunch today. Very friendly place, the staff were most helpful, very chatty and polite. Had the best fish and chips I’ve had in a while and my husband had a very tasty pie. The service was extremely quick despite there being a Christmas rush. We will call again without a doubt.
