Staying for the week and foresters inn is literally round the corner from our lodge. So it made sense to have our breakfasts there. The food is excellent and the service especially from Sunny our waitress for the morning, was brilliant. Fast, friendly and efficient. She went beyond the remit to make sure we had a everything we wanted. Excellent location beautiful views over the lake. Well done.
Nice little retreat at Center Parcs offering a very choice menu at fairly reasonable prices. Good range of drinks especially beer which makes it worth a visit if you love your ale like I do. Play area for the kids whilst mum and dad eat in peace. Clean and welcoming and recommended.
Nice meal at the Foresters Elveden. A little quiet but better than being too noisy! Lovely fish and chips and a homemade soup and mushrooms on toast 😋
Fresh food, friendly, helpful, chatty staff, clean and a typical pub menu. Yes you'd pay a little more here than a pub outside but it's not that much more. Beats cooking in your room!
We thought we'd give this place try for lunch despite the poor reviews while at Centre Parks. I was hoping to find they were wrong but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The roast was pretty awful. The meat was fatty and cold, the potatoes weren't really roasted and the remained was only just edible. Aside from the food, the drinks were good and staff were friendly. The interior was pleasant and the American pool tables were fun to play. But would we go back for food? Unfortunately not.
