A very fine 1920's baronial style pub built on the site of an earlier hostelry.
There is a sympathetically built extension at the rear which has a pool table and additional seating.
Usual working man's pub, lively but good natured. Perfect for having a drink whilst waiting for a train.
My car broke down in their car park. I was looked after, 100% When I needed help, they provided help. I waited for recovery and experienced a warm and friendly local crowd. I’ve nothing to say other than what a lovely pub/Inn to visit.

Great family pub Tom the landlord makes you feel so welcome! Also loads of screens for watching the sport and without a doubt the best pint of fosters in Thanet 🌟🍺
