My first visit to the Fleece, but it won't be my last, I had the Barnsley Chop with mustard mash, vegetables came in a side dish, good home cooked food, good quality meat couldn't have asked for more, friendly attentive staff and set in the most beautiful countryside, great place to go after a good walk. Top Marks.
We stopped in for a light bite and a little drinkypoo. Everything was wonderful, from the food, to the staff. Has a lovely atmosphere.
Tolkien-esque the last friendly place before the wilds and peat bogs of Holme Moss. Famous for its Yorkshire beer and Steak and Ale pie. Very dog friendly, with a special dog menu.
Lovely pub in the village. Staff all really lovely and friendly. Food was delicious. Dog friendly with good selection of food and treats to buy for your dog.
Now, I can honestly say the food is the most amazing food I've ever tasted. The roast beef was absolutely incredible. Portions were huge! Absolutely Huge! Full credit to the chef and kitchen staff for producing such delicious food, the front of house team were also amazing! We were welcomed the moment we walked through the door to The Fleece Inn. The pub is cosy, warm, welcoming, and friendly. I wished it was in Norfolk, I would be a regular customer. Thank you for a wonderful meal and to all the staff at The Fleece Inn for their hospitality and friendly customer service. If I could give you 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would! 😍
