Embracing the ever-changing environment, our pub proudly boasts a range of energy-saving initiatives. From fully renewable electricity to smart cellar cooling and LED lighting, we are committed to minimising our impact without compromising on quality or comfort.

But that's just the beginning. Our commitment to sustainability extends to every corner of our establishment. Step inside and discover our energy-efficient plant room, complete with state-of-the-art boilers and updated pipework system designed to keep our rooms cozy while conserving energy.

We have also partnered with Rapture and Wright, an award-winning company renowned for their hand-printed wallpaper sourced from the picturesque Cotswolds.

The development of a living pond means that we are able to purify our water waste, ensuring that every drop is returned to nature in pristine condition.

And when it comes to furnishing our rooms, we believe in giving new life to old treasures. That is why you will find upcycled bedroom furniture sourced from local antique sellers, adding a touch of history and sustainability to every stay. Even our bathrooms are eco-conscious, with reusable aluminium containers replacing single-use plastic bottles, reducing waste one shower at a time.

Our commitment to sustainability does not stop with our interiors. Take a look above the bar and you'll find Felix Lighting's exquisite pendants illuminating the space. Handcrafted to order by this quality British company, these fixtures not only elevate the ambiance but also help us minimize waste and avoid mass production.

Accessibility is another cornerstone of our ethos. With ramp access from the garden and thoughtfully designed accessible toilets, everyone can feel welcome and included in our space.

Step outside and indulge in the comfort of our Weaver Green recycled plastic bottle outdoor cushions and blankets. Made from reclaimed materials, they are as cozy as they are eco-friendly, inviting you to relax and unwind in style.
