The Druid's Head is a 16th century, flint-fronted building, named after a druid stone circle that existed nearby. It has seen its fair share of history with tunnels below connecting to the Brighton coast and Royal Pavilion, rumoured to be used for important Royal business, and commandeered by smugglers across the ages. The pub has a reported 3 resident ghosts and is situated in Brighton's famous historic quarter ‘The Lanes' and original town centre of old ‘Brighthelmstone.
Great spot for a pint in Brighton Beach in the Lanes area. I recommend this pub it has a lot of great beers on tap. Great service very friendly with great knowledge of their beers.
Fab pub, good food very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend. We celebrated our daughters graduation here, the atmosphere was buzzing and alive. Also has a reputation of being haunted by 2 ghost.
Great pub with interesting history. Food and staff are fantastic! In particular, the manager Sam is a Rockstar!
Our first time here. Food was tasty hot and well presented, the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely be back when we're in Brighton again.
Food was amazing. Ate here for both nights of our stay in Brighton as we were so impressed. So reasonable and the beer was good and not overpriced like some places
