Great friendly little village pub. Visited several times now. Always a warm welcome. Great quiz night on a Tuesday.
Popped in for a quick drink. Staff very friendly and met a few of the locals who were chatty. Dog friendly inside nd out and they serve food most days (which we will definitely revisit to try) Seating indoors and out the back. Some free parking spaces, customer toilets, children welcome and disabled access. Prices much the same as other pubs. Located in a small village near the beach and local walks so great place for a quick stop off if in area. The only thing it is lacking is, it looks a bit tired and tatty. Could do with brightening up inside a bit and new garden furniture as its looking a bit rotten. Hopefully the owners will invest in this pub to keep it the hub of the village.
Lovely little pub. Friendly staff and good value for money for both food and drink. Worth a visit.
The meals are very reasonable we had our food outside.the home made chips were delicious my chicken burger still juicy well cooked .onion rings nice crunch.we heard someone left the pub and new owners in .well food was a good price .toilets although old still a lot of cobwebs and outside bit of tidying and watering plants etc little things but will help.
This has been taken over by new owners in the autumn, as we live in Wales we only come over occasionally. However we managed to book Sunday lunch on mother's day. They were fully booked by the time we arrived. The meal was excellent we will be using this place through the summer when we are passing. And they sell Stella. The service was great even though they were under pressure. Only suggestion I would like to make, is there any chance of a cheesecake on the sweets menu please!
