Come for a dinner and it’s a great price, amazing quality food and great staff. We had a waitress called Megan who was very professional and aided us with our allergy to gluten. Gave us all the options we needed and sorted our dinners out. Will be returning and bringing the family!
Been for a dinner on Wednesday, the meat was so tasty. Along with the veg,one of the only places I've been that have fresh steamy vegetables at all times of the day.Its a happy environment, Megan and Louise were great with their service. Directed us right to where we needed to be, and they always have a smile on their face, best mother daughter duo I must add, haha! Visit here and you won't be disappointed with great food, great environment and lovely staff!
Excellent food served as a breakfast buffet. One lady (Carla) cooked all the food which was plentiful, hot and tasty. Two of us ate for £14 including a pint of orange juice and a pint of fizzy water... bargain! Enter hungry, leave happy. I'd definitely eat here again.
I was very impressed at how the pub came back so quickly on my review apologising for not delivering on the experience I might have expected. It shows a commitment to listening to customers. Actually my rating should not be seen as a negative. It just reflects that the pub did not stand out rather than a negative score. The carvery was deemed by my son as the best he ever had. It was huge and absolutely value for money. He really enjoyed it. However, we came in only around 3 so it had been out for some time. Maybe the pub needs to find a way of keeping it warm and the meat moist. The menu in general was very interesting especially the carvery calzone!!!. We already have plans to eat at a more local pub in the same chain. That should reassure readers of this review that we liked the pub in case they thought otherwise.
It was great it cost 18£ for 2 hot chocolates and 2 kids carvery. I would not bother getting traditional carvery as it's only an bigger plate and a bit more meat. Other then that the food was great. 👍. The atmosphere was very stuffy even though it was cold outside. All the staff where polite and helpful, they should get an raise.
