Really friendly staffs and free parking. Connected to the pub without having to get out of the building when the weather is not nice. Windows are not soundproofing of traffic though.
Nice enough, comfy and clean with the standard stuff, motel style. Loads of parking. Great blackout curtains!
I usually go to their competitors but decided to pay extra to stay at a PI, it wasn't great. I would stay again as it wasn't horrendous but would not be my first choice unfortunately.
Hotel was in an excellent position for the west point arena and Exeter. The room was clean and quiet as as you would expect from a Premier Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beefeater staff were excellent and the breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend!
The only issues I had was that the shower was very temperental. Wouldn't stay hot, and the pressure fluctuated between powerful and weak. And this was 2 separate times, 7pm and 5.30 am.. also, the USB socket wouldn't work either. All of these things are minor inconveniences, and didn't upset my stay one bit. I do recommend!
