The CC is an Award Winning hidden little gem in Canvey Island. It is proud to be one of the busiest bars in Essex and is now supplied by the three biggest breweries in the UK; a true “free house”.
The club has 5 stars from the local council and has received an award for the quality of its beer, with prices starting at £3.40 a pint.
The new foyer and garden are now open and ready to use. A glorious sun trap where we be holding bbq and live music events.
A fun and friendly bar with the best entertainment in town, dancing a plenty and lots of banter. There's always something going on at the CC; Members Monday is from £2.50 a pint, Tuesday day time until 7pm is Member Monday prices...and Tuesday is a great night with one of the best quiz nights around with our new quizmaster Dennis, Wonky Wednesdays, from 7pm (Monday Members Prices), Thursday is free pool day and a free double up on mainline optic spirits (please see a member of staff for details).
We host live music every weekend plus Karaoke with Andy Yeo every Sunday evening and once a month we host a music quiz! Something for everyone every day of the week!
We also hold our Comedy Club six times per year and is always a sell out.... We also have comedy hypnotist and Bella Berserk and Bella Bingo nights coming up soon this year! So keep you eye out as tickets sell out fast!
We also have a pool table in our sports bar and TV screens up to 4 metres wide to watch live football and all your other sporting events
