Award-winning Hackney Central pub. Featuring real ales, local beer, fine wines and spirits. Big beer garden in the summer, cosy fireplaces for the winter. Good vibes all year round.
The south-facing garden will see the community enjoying weekly BBQ’s, a menu with house smoked meats, and sausage platter selection for the hearty beer drinker losing long summer days to this magical garden space. The newly re-furbished site will cater for all – be it the after work fashion crowd, beer and ale connoisseurs, but most importantly it will be at the heart of the Hackney community built upon the foundations of the historic building.
Fantastic pub, not been there since before lockdown. It was great to see it buzzing with atmosphere and good selection of beer in good condition. Looking forward to another visit.
Unusual community pub, once a railway station. Can be very busy, chilled & laid back atmosphere, great service.
Great traditional pub tucked away in a quiet street very close to Hackney Central Overground. A good choice of ales and two German beers on tap. Also a very nice beer garden. Pizza is available at this location. Highly recommended.
An oasis of refreshment, calm and shade during a warm Sunday walk. The beer’s well kept (Orkney Best, Swannay) and the piano playing is a joy! #3 #34
Lovely pub. Nice interior and cool soundtrack. Excellent prices at £5 for a lager and £4.20 for the Rift pale ale. Great pizzas from Yardsale pizza too.
