It's a good place to watch and listen to rock and roll Sunday nights and dance if you want to
Being told by civvies not to bother for 7 months until applying for a membership Walters
My friends and I had a terrific time at the club. Although we were not members, just visiting they made us welcome, the staff were amazing. The barman even remembered what drinks we had from the previous week. Such a friendly atmosphere. Would recommend a visit to this club.
A very good and friendly club. They put on some superb events: like Elvis nights, open mic nights, meal nights and lots of live entertainment and jive dance lessons on Mondays. Check it out!
Really nice members Club, easy to apply for a membership. Families with children welcome until closing with a nice size function Hall with outside Terrace and smoking area

Opened as the Hope Beer House in the 1870s, this pub got its mock-Tudor panelling between the wars. In 2010, closure loomed, but locals clubbed together and bought the lease (adding the freehold in 2015)
