The Blackburn Empire Theatre is located just off junction 4 of the M65. Just a short walk away from Ewood park football ground. We offer a wide range of shows and events all year round. Our adjacent Performing Arts Centre building is the home to local drama groups, Theatre groups, theatre academies and dance schools. We have space available for hire that can be used for rehearsals, meetings, activities, clubs, groups etc. Our foyer spaces can be used FREE OF CHARGE for events and functions of up to 45 people seated. With 2 fully licensed bars offering a good selection of reasonably priced drinks and refreshments. Catering packages can be provided or we can offer help and advice if you wish to source your own. Should you wish to add a special touch to your event, we can give full technical support and offer good AV solutions. Please note that catering, technical and AV packages are not included with the free hire.
