Great Pub, great food. Good choice of beer. Good for sport nice little courtyard with TV for sport as well.
You have to talk to them to order but it was typical nice sunday's roast and a lovely pub
Feeling positively Mediterranean in the garden on a warm September evening, with ripe grapes dripping from the vines. Lovely draught bitter, and some excellent tasty goodies; jalapeƱo bites, chilli cheese chips and a margarita pizza. Lovely place, will visit again
Was really excited to get a roast here with the reviews but the beef was literally the driest, blandest, hardest, most overcooked clunk of meat ever. Quite disappointed but my friend said her pork belly was really good. Everything else was nice, with large portions. Just the beef was a real let down and I was excited for it.
What a fantastic pub. It is under sad circumstances that I discovered this pub - visiting my mother-in-law at the hospital accross the road - but it's a delight. Three very different rooms, all showing sport. On the day I visited they managed to show cricket, football, rugby, and keep everybody happy. The service is quick and friendly and the food was excellent.
