We are a friendly and welcoming pub on the heart of Gloucester Road, famous for our 32 draught ciders. We also have a large range of craft beers and 3 hand-pulled cask ales.
We serve food from 10am until 9pm every day, with pub classics like fish and chips alongside hand-stretched sour dough pizzas and tapas.
We have 8 screens as well as 2 HD projectors and show all sporting events, even offering Sports Table Service so you won’t miss a second of the action. We have live music every Saturday night, and open mic night every other Thursday. Hope to see you soon!’.
Great place, loved the atmosphere. Great way for my girls trip in Bristol to come to an end. Shout out to Billie for being so helpful especially when my mother in law couldn’t decide what to order. Will defo be returning!
Thanks for a great night. It was a while ago (and I've been to a few bars!) but definitely highly rate Billie who was super attentive and knows her cider! Great atmosphere too
Really enjoyed my experience at Cider Press last weekend. Great service and the staff were lovely, I was served by Billie (I think) who was very accommodating! Will definitely be back for a few drinks and food again
Booked a Christmas meal here for the 9th of Dec. Paid £35 for a three course meal. Sat around screaming football fans, unable to talk to friends. Speakers for the games were far too loud on top of that. The kitchen messed up the orders and when informed of the fact, told us that we were wrong. I had to eat something that I did not order as a result, with no remedy offered. The quality of the hunters chicken is extremely poor; described as a hunters chicken but just a plain unseasoned piece of chicken with barely any sauce. My friends described the dairy free option as very poor. The site and advertisement made this place seem like a good location for a Christmas dinner but could not have been further from the truth.
If you're a cider lover this is place is a must! Huge variety of ciders on tap, you can get three 1/3 pints tastings for £3.50 so you have a great opportunity to taste as much as you can handle. And the bonus part is food! I cannot recommend more.
