Situated on the corner of Stoop Lane and Station Road. Two room pub with interconnecting door. Lounge has been decorated in a contemporary fashion and has welcoming wood burner. The bar caters for those who like sports tv and has patio doors opening onto a front seating area. Large rear garden.
Went in last Thursday at 9.30pm Looked quite lively, people playing darts, football on tv. Seemed great to have 1 or 2 drinks, unfortunately the lady behind the bar said she had called last orders and we couldn’t be served. Pity but luckily there were other pubs nearby.

Love the Apple Tree, a real drinkers pub. Also show live sports, mostly football. Have a garden with a kids play area.
An excellent local pub. Conscientious landlord, lively atmosphere, well kept ales and popular with families and sports fans.
