First time visiting. Beautiful food. Beautiful surroundings and friendly and attentive staff. Would definitely recommend. I had homemade steak pie. Packed with meat. Homemade chips and veg. Very filling. Would definitely return. Great value for money 5 🌟stars
Heard so many great things about this pub so had to try it. Perfect for local walks and the views are stunning. Unfortunately the pub lacked the atmosphere of a country pub despite the quaint interiors, renovating the toilets to caravan park standards does it no favours. The Christmas decorations were sad. The staff were loud and slow despite electonic buzzers which they just ignored. The food was fairly priced but left a lot to be desired. Never seen boiled potatoes with a roast Turkey dinner before. The cabbage was grey and unappealing. So for drinks and views it’s excellent, just don’t sit near the bars where the staff are shouting at each other We were asked to wait when we approached the bar to pay , she did ask if everything was OK but failed to stop talking and didn’t seem bothered that we had not answered.
Country Inn and restaurant with a fantastic position overlooking lovely countryside. Booked a short break in November in one of the log cabins where you can soak in a hot tub enjoying the views. Accommodation is basic but fine. All the staff are very welcoming and the pub and cabins are dog friendly. Pub serves hearty meals at good prices and especially recommended is the great value breakfast which you order the day before. Pub has extensive gardens which would be a great place to eat and drink in summer.
Roads are tight on travelling to The Raddle Inn but once their the sights were beautiful. We stayed in one of the log cabins which was lovely , everything we needed, we just found there needed to be more lighting outdoors at night. The service and food were absolutely amazing, piping hot and big portions, very tasty food. Deffinately recommend and will stay and visit again. Thank You.
Roads to the pub are very tight with blind bends so careful driving is a must. Once there however terrific food and great portion size. Steak pie followed by proper apple crumble and custard. No pretentious fancy stuff just excellent home cooked food (served on plates!!) With friendly helpful service

Nothing beats a refreshing pint, at the end of a long day. You’ll be hard pushed to find a better selection of cask ales, anywhere else. We have an exciting range of gins too, if that’s what you’re into.
